DCM Scrumdiddlyumptious

Hi all,

Watched a video on youtube yesterday by chicnscratch on how to make popsicle cards( not her invention, she says she sees them all over so don't know who made the first one) and then came across the DCM challenge Scrumdiddlyumptious which said

" All things foodie - feature a food you associate with summer and sunny days (just to remind us of those summer feelings)"

Well I just had to make a popsicle card, one of those blue ice lollies that kids love so much but mums hate because everything goes blue!! Did a little joke twist though (so may be disqualified) as what else do most crafters associate with summer ?? .... Christmas cards of course!
I decorated my ice lolly with a snowflake and a seasonal greeting just for a laugh, this is my very first christmas card of the year and I may even send it just to confuse someone lol!!

Card stock bazzil Bling

Ribbon a selection at hobbycraft ( can't you tell that whenever I go to this shop I always buy ribbon)

Jokes aside I think these would make fun invites for summer picnics or childrens parties don't you?

Thanks for looking

This is adorable! I have to admit, I haven't seen the popsicle cards before, but that's something I want to try now.

Very funny idea, LOL, it is confusing and don't you find ice cream really nice on a rainy day?
